Concord was also changed in the past because people were able to escape from them, and sometimes it would take too long before they started shooting. And I'm pretty sure freighters still dont drop cans.

My mission setup High - 4 x siege, 4 x 720 arty (medium gun) Mid - ab, web, 2 x TP Low - lrg rep, 4 hards, 2 x 1600 plate Drones - 5 mediums, 5 heavies Very easy to fit. Torp the BS, pop frigs with arty, heavy drones for cruisers.

I usually try to avoid the double rep, by heavily plating it, 2 x 1600 RT should bring your armour hp up to near 14k. Then I can just fit a single rep and everything else with an RCU2.

Your PvP setup needs a bit of work im afraid, but with a few alterations it should work ok. Your high slots - not enough damage/nos, you want to either fit nos and torps or torps and ac's. You would be better off fitting torps and dual 425 ac's,...
